It ends at 9 a.m. and is available throughout Massachusetts except for Cape Cod, Martha Vineyard, and the Anuate Islands. Severe levels of tornadoes were reported in Rhode Island and Connecticut, as well as in southeastern New York and northeastern Pennsylvania.
