This week, movie fans were deeply saddened to learn of the death of actor Ray Liotta. At 67 years of age and a man with multiple on-screen roles that could easily be described by the word "creative," it was shocking to hear the news of his death. It's hard to compare him to those who knew Liotta personally, including those who shared his screen in those famous roles, like Kevin Costner in Field of Dreams. Costner took to Instagram to say he was "devastated" after hearing the news of Liotta's death. Liotta played Joe Jackson Without Shoes in Field of Dreams, and Costner posted a short hint from the first scene for the film's cast. He also revealed that famous moment, where Costner barely wrote the ball that was hit by Liotta. I love the way Kevin Costner calls his wild off-road dive "action." This makes him seem more professional than a guy trying to avoid getting caught climbing the line. However, it gives you a new perspective on the scene....
