Պունե. The technology solutions company announced on Monday that it has signed a final agreement to acquire Celfinet, a Portuguese wireless engineering company, for 41 million euros. The company offers ultimate network planning and performance optimization services.

The acquisition will help Cyient consolidate its wireless engineering practices to help CSPs and businesses deploy their ubiquitous communications networks, he said.
