Manchester United Happy For Midfielder James Garner To Leave For £15m
Manchester United will listen to offers for James Garner, which will be worth 15 million pounds. With only Scott McTominay and Fred having Erik Ten Hag as first-row players, his decision to drop the 21-year-old could favor new signings.
After signing a new contract with United, Garner spent last season on loan at Nottingham Forest and played 41 times in the competition as Forest won promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs.
Ten Haag's decision to start Christian Eriksen in Saturday's humiliating 4-0 defeat at Brentford highlighted his lack of resources in the division. While the Dane can work there, he is more capable of taking on an advanced role.

Liverpool are away next Monday and the Dutchman has just two-and-a-half weeks to strengthen his squad. Barcelona playmaker Frenkie de Jong remains the Tin Hag's number one target and is also keen to add a striker, while Ajax's Anthony remains a focus of interest.
The 22-year-old Brazilian told NOS on Saturday. “Will Ten Hag call me? No idea. He has to discuss it with my agents and I am focused on that. We'll see what happens."
"I feel good at Ajax." I give everything for this club, every minute. So I love this city and this club.
Ten Hag will be hoping to sign Juventus' Adrien Rabiot this week. An initial fee of £15m has been agreed, but personal terms for the French midfielder have yet to be agreed.
