Kane's fate was sealed last Sunday at a hearing of the NHL players's safety department.

The player on offer. Explanatory video of the discipline. "That push at a dangerous distance from the tables, with two players moving at high speed and causing injuries."
The official noted the history of Kane discipline in the NHL. He was suspended three times and fined twice for previous incidents. Kane has been suspended for three games for pushing Winnipeg Jets defender Neil Pionk in February 2020.

The 30-year-old will now miss the fourth game Monday night in Edmonton, where his team lost 3-0 to Colorado.
Kane said Saturday that he "will just be back".
"The shooter passed, hitting from the corner. I know (Kadri) likes to hit and I just tried to hit him. That's really all I did. Unfortunately, he slammed awkwardly on the boards and injured his hands. But it was a shame. "
Kane has scored 17 (13 + 4) points in 15 games in this playoff. In the regular season, he scored 39 (22 goals + 17) points in 43 games.
