This Founder Bought A Lottery Ticket For The $810 Million Mega Millions Jackpot For 50,000 Of His Employees
Rising Cane, the founder of the fast-food chain, bought its employees 50,000 Mega Millions National Lottery tickets worth $2 each a day before the jackpot was to increase from $489.9 million to $810 million.
"After hearing how big the jackpot was, we couldn't pass up the chance to win the Mega Millions jackpot and share it with our ever-united team," founder Todd Graves said in a press release Monday. "We can't do anything at Kane without our team, so we're always looking for ways to give them more joy and if we're lucky, it'll be a surprise on Wednesday morning."

Personal happiness"Things are very difficult," Raising Cane CEO AJ Kumaran told CNN. "(Workers) see it at gas stations and gas stations, they see it at grocery stores ... Prizes are shared and the network plans to continue playing"Getting 50,000 lottery tickets is harder than you think!" Graves tweeted Monday evening. "Looking forward to sharing the Japanese winner with our 50,000 strong team @RaisingCanes."
According to Kumara, if any of the 50,000 tickets are successful, the prize will be divided equally among all employees. He called it "everyone's common ticket." Kumaran said that if there is no winner in Tuesday's draw, network officials will conduct a replay. "If there is no winner, we will buy until there is a winner," he told CNN.

As of Wednesday morning, WHIO-TV reported that no one had guessed all six numbers to win the top prize. There were a few partial winners: According to the lottery, tickets sold in Ohio matched five numbers and awarded a megamultiplier bonus of $3 million. Two each in New Jersey and New York, and the remaining eight tickets sold in California, Florida, Illinois and Ohio won $1 million each by matching five numbers.
